Futhu began her career in the media industry right after graduating from university. Seeking to challenge her creative writing skills, she transitioned to a digital agency focused on social media content. Here, she honed her writing prowess and excelled at generating innovative ideas for every project pitch. Working alongside her team, she successfully managed major clients such as Danone CSR and Fonterra, consistently ensuring their satisfaction with the team's work.
After two years working at a digital agency, she wanted to gain a deeper understanding of brand needs. Thus, she spent a year at an FMCG brand, acquiring valuable insights into branding and marketing.
Currently at R/GA, she is responsible for handling several Google projects. She also challenges herself by taking responsibility as a producer/project manager while continuing the work as a content manager, which she enjoys so much.
